Eat The Frog

My friend from college who is a coach for Beachbody shared this exercise with me:

Little challenge I like to call Eat that Frog. Take a pen and paper and give yourself 30 seconds. Write down health and fitness, family, career/financial. In 30 seconds write your goal next to each one for right now, not your future goal. Then write 3 things under each one that are the most important to achieve those goals. Most the time we know what we have to do we just dread doing it. Do what you dread first for it will usually get the desired result you want.

This is what I wrote (and by the way, took me a minute and a half, even timing myself!):

Health and Fitness goal: Exercise regularly and eat healthy

1. Start an exercise routine
2. Buy healthy food
3. Be more conscious of what I'm eating

Family goal: Everyone is happy and experiencing less stress

1. Do more activities together
2. Get out of the house more
3. Spend more time together

Career/Financial goal: To have no debt and enjoy our jobs

1. Pay off debt
2. Enjoy my job
3. Rob find a job he can be happy in

The three I dread most or I think are most difficult are bolded. I actually don't "dread" these, I just think they're going to be the hardest to implement. But, that's where I need to get started, after that it will be a breeze, right? :)
