For those of you who have trouble sleeping like I do...
I read this article in a magazine so these tidbits aren't on the site...
- 95% of Americans ages 13-64 say they use an electronic device within an hour of bedtime at least a few nights a week.
- 37% of American adults say they need at least eight hours of sleep to function at their best.
- 6 hours, 30 minutes is the average amount of time American adults report sleeping each night during the workweek.
- 1 to 3 percent of the adult population (known as "Short Sleepers") may function well on less than six hours of sleep.
